Calvin Harris Flashback Video!!

The video for my favorite song on the Calvin Harris album just came out- love the video, and I have to say he looks quite dashing.

also i hear rumours of David Guetta and Eric Prydz remixes for Flashback but have yet to locate them- can anyone help me out?

this is like a flashback. this is like a dream. this is like all the things you can fit inside a memory.

The new Calvin Harris album came out today and i LOVEEEE it! I saw a cool blog post at LA Friendly that said his goal was to create "stadium dance"music- and the ambitous goal is present in "Ready for the Weekend." It's big, it's bold, it's pop.. it's uniquely calvin harris. i just love his sound- he can do hip hop, indie, and/or pop- and whatever he touches is golden. oh- and he's totally cute and Scottish. Get the album ASAP!

Here's a cool video on a human-synthasizer project he did

And here's one free d/l...
Calvin Harris- The Flashback

so what is Aural Pleasure, you may ask?

hip hop meets electronica. rap meets indie. r&b meets house. pop meets go-go. and everything in between. i've been very fascinated by the convergence of the indie rock world and the hip hop world. it's growing at an alarming rate, and, quite frankly, it's an exciting time in music.

here are some prime examples of what i'm talking about for d/l, fools:
Flo-Rida feat Wynter- Sugar (Mondotek Remix)
The Bloody Beetroots feat The Cool Kids- Awesome
Dizzee Rascal- Holiday (Produced by Calvin Harris)
