Aural Pleasure hits the road, traveling into Town this month for WTF?!

Aural Pleasure is taking a break this month from Dahlak to head to Town for the oh-so-awesome WTF?! Party! Lando and I will be raving it out with Ed from Town and my CB Radio partner-in-crime Bradley Schurman! We're all really pumped for this opportunity- and I have to admit a little bit nervous. It's gonna be insane though- we have some fun stuff up our sleeves! Check out this video from last month's WTF- look for my cameo at the 0:07 mark!

THEN, the Mixtape Boys are heading back to their roots at DAHLAK w/ a live performance by Butterfly Bones (San Fran)- and the boys will be DJ'ing as well with guest DJ Zack Rosen. RSVP/DETAILS are HERE
I'll also be playing some jams across the street over at the Duplex Diner- I'll be heading over to Dahlak to support them, so go back and forth. Should be a fun nite on 18th and U!

I saw BYT had an interview w/ Perez- he's going to be there- should be interesting. I hope he comes to Town on Friday too!

So I'll be opening up at Town this Thursday for the WTF? Party- Gotta admit i'm pretty pumped! I've always wanted to DJ at Town. I'll be DJ'ing from 9:00PM SHARP til 10ish so get there early before Mikey and Ed start!

La Roux performing at Town?!

Whoa- just caught this- La Roux is doing a tour of North America, and not only are the duo coming to DC- they'll be at Town on August 6th, a day before heading to Lollapalooza in Chicago! I think it should be cool- hopefully the gays hear more about la roux by then and get into it. I'll do my best to hype it up. Mysteriously tho, the event isn't up on the Town Website yet..
