seriously- what is up w/ that Yaz commercial and why are they playing it so much on tv? (well maybe I just see it a lot because I watch TLC, Oxygen, HGTV, Bravo, and Lifetime a little too much)

If you want the real answer, it's that it is corrective advertising (as the spot notes) and they are required to air it typically with close to the same prominence as the ad it's correcting.
